Suffolk Coaches Winter Relays
			Suffolk West (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
				Thursday, January 7th, 2010

Events	Two events per individual.			Maximum of three teams per school, per event
	Except for distance medley relay, one entry per school.  Teams must be able to run
	11:45 or better.
Awards	Medals to the top three teams in each event.  No team scores will be kept.
Meet Information:
1)  Index cards are needed for all relays.					Turn in when the event is called.
Relay cards must include: Event/Name of school/athletes name/competitor number/seed performance
2)  High Jump,Shot Put,Long Jump will clerk in at beginning of meet at the event site
Triple Jump will be contested after the Long Jump
3)  Field event relays will consist of two people.  Their best mark will be added together.
In the event of a tie, the team that has the best mark will be declared the winner.
4)  Competitor numbers will be used for all events
5)  4 Mile Relay (4 x 1600 meters)				There will be 4 seperate races and the times will be added.
First race, fastest runners, second race, second fastest runner, etc.
Coach will add times and turn in to score keeper.
6)  Pole Vault will be contested if a facility is availeble.

			Frosh/Soph Mile Medley  (400 - 200 - 200 - 800)
			Varsity Mile Medley		(400 - 200 - 200 - 800)
			4 X 1600 Meter Relay
